Calling all detail-obsessed organizers with media buying experience! Brokaw is searching for a part-time media coordinator and administrator to play an important role in the processing of media buys.

Opportunity

  • Short-term project basis – July and August 2019
  • Part time, flexible – 15-24 hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process all media invoices, reconciliation and payments of media placements
  • Enter media buys, especially broadcast, into our system
  • Work in tandem with our administration and accounting departments on media/finance issues
  • Develop and manage communication with media partners/vendors/specialists as needed

Must Be

  • Organized, detail oriented and have strong interpersonal skills
  • Resourcefulness and a solution-focused attitude are a must
  • Familiar with broadcast media terminology and best practices
  • Experience utilizing some form of media software is desired, with Strata and Advantage experience a plus
  • Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with internal team members, clients and media partners in a clear and professional manner
