Key Responsibilities

  • Develop social channel roles, content pillars, and collaborate with teammates on ideas for digital activation
  • Create content calendars, track asset development, and schedule posts
  • Manage social communities and influencer programs, as needed
  • Mine, interpret, and apply key learnings from various data sources to devise, optimize, and report out on plans
  • Conduct audits to learn how brands in our clients’ industries are telling stories across digital channels
  • Work with creative directors, writers, media planners, and brand strategists to extend integrated campaigns into the social space

Must Be

  • Outgoing and proactive in jumping into new opportunities
  • An excellent presenter who’s equal parts expert and approachable
  • A natural learner and committed educator who keeps the agency current on industry trends
  • A creative problem solver and dedicated teammate
  • Experienced, with approximately 3-7 years of social media and/or digital content under your belt
  • Ready to learn multiple industries
  • Able to lead planning and execution for various social channels
