Key responsibilities

• Be a strategic account leader in the day-to-day management of all your accounts and projects, ensuring the work is on time, on budget, and on par with Brokaw’s high strategic + creative standards 
• Lead processes, timelines, and client communications for key accounts – including leading client meetings, organizing and initiating projects, developing the overarching strategy and briefs for projects, and working with the account director to develop appropriate scopes of work
• Lead team resources for effective and efficient accomplishment of agency and client goals; promote collaborative, cross-functional solutions to client needs
• Feed the office pet (Bret, a very cuddly Venus flytrap)
• Monitor activity on accounts—track purchase orders against invoices for outside costs and manage monthly billing for agency services and outside costs
• Learn as much as you can about the clients you work with, including information on their markets, their competitors, their audiences, their products or services, and their brands
• Be a strategic leader, providing all your clients with fresh, un-blah, proactive, “always sunny in Cleveland” account leadership
• Create secret handshakes and/or elbow bumps as needed
• Be an advocate for Brokaw, including assisting with new business opportunities, involving RFP repsonses, and presentations to further Brokaw’s client network and reach
