Brokaw is searching for a Brand Strategist to lead brand development, strategic planning, and research projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop briefs to inspire creative concepts and connections recommendations that rise above the blah blah
  • Lead brand development efforts for new and evolving brands
  • Collaborate with cross-functional agency teams to ensure work is strategically sound
  • Guide qualitative and quantitative research efforts, identifying and partnering with third parties as needed
  • Plan and facilitate internal and external workshops and brainstorming sessions to inspire new ways of thinking and glean insights that provide focus for moving forward
  • Apply strategic frameworks to challenges, including customer journeys, personas, ecosystem maps, etc.
  • Evaluate and recommend paid resources that support the strategic planning discipline
  • Actively contribute to agency growth through new business development and thought leadership
  • Consume and evaluate Friday breakfast donuts on a semi-regular basis

Must Be

  • 5+ years in a strategic planning or related role, agency experience strongly preferred
  • The ability to adapt, working across a range of accounts and project types daily
  • A curious mind, willing to quickly become a subject matter expert on new products and industries when the need arises
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
