Brokaw is searching for an effective and efficient Billing Manager/Operations Assistant to join our Administration Department. Must possess exemplary organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills. (Love of donuts is encouraged but is in no way mandatory.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce all client billing in a timely manner
  • Submit invoices to various platforms
  • Prepare client billing/hours reconciliations per contractual agreements
  • Reconcile job costs actuals to estimates
  • Reconcile media buys to actual
  • Assist with collections
  • Assist Account Executives and Traffic Manager with project management
  • Be THE go-to resource for all billing-related questions

Must Be

  • Experienced in billing in a professional services firm environment
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Have between 3 and 5 years of experience
  • Kind
  • Experienced with Advantage software for advertising agencies (nice to have)
  • Experienced with billing media; traditional and digital (nice to have)
