Brokaw is searching for an effective and efficient Billing Specialist/Operations Assistant to join our Administration Department. Must possess exemplary organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills. (Love of donuts is encouraged but is in no way mandatory.)
Key Responsibilities
- Produce all client billing in a timely manner
- Process income entries based on work-in-progress and/or project terms
- Prepare client billing/hours reconciliations per contractual agreements
- Reconcile job costs actuals to estimates and issue refunds or additional billing
- Reconcile media buys to actual and issue refunds or additional billing
- Meet weekly with media team to be hyper-aware of status of in-progress and proposed media buys
- Assist with collections
- Be THE go-to resource for all billing-related questions
Must Be
- Kind
- Proficient in Excel
- Extremely organized
Nice to have
- Experienced with Advantage software for advertising agencies
- Experienced with billing media; traditional and digital
- Experienced in billing in a professional services firm environment
- And, have between 2 and 3 years of experience
