Region’s Top Creative Directors to Meet, Mentor and Recruit Local Ad Students

CLEVELAND, May 9, 2019 — For the second year in a row, Cleveland will be one of 25 cities across the globe to host the world’s largest advertising portfolio review on Wednesday, May 22, at Brokaw’s downtown headquarters. Portfolio Night was started in 2003 by The One Club for Creativity—the world’s preeminent advertising and design club. The global event takes place on the same night all around the world, including Beijing, New York, Paris, Dubai, Buenos Aires, and San Francisco. It brings together the best of the best creative directors to meet and mentor aspiring young creatives.

One Club Portfolio Night – Brokaw 2019

In attendance will be creative directors from the region’s top ad agencies and design firms including Marcus Thomas, Wyse Advertising, The Adcom Group, Little Jacket, Recess Creative, Twist Advertising and Brokaw Inc. for an evening of mentorship and recruitment, supporting the next generation of creative talent. Each student will have at least three structured portfolio reviews, along with the opportunity to meet with additional creative directors. At the end of the night, one student will be crowned Portfolio Night All-Star of Cleveland and flown to New York City later this summer, where they will join all the other Portfolio Night All-Stars from around the world to collaborate on a real-world brand brief. For five days, these All-Stars will overcome language and cultural barriers to create phenomenal global campaigns.
