With so many events happening in January and February, it’s apparent that now, more than ever, social media timeliness can mean a huge payoff.

Everyone knows of Oreo taking advantage of last year’s Big Game™ blackout (and getting more buzz than some of the commercials themselves), and most recently, Arby’s major win at the Grammys. So how do you make sure your brand is ready?
